"Banquet-in-a-Box" Guidelines and Additional costs
Arrangements for food must be made no less then a Week prior to your function
Delivery & Set-Up Fee to the Water's Edge is $50.00

Disposable Plates, Napkins, Cutlery and Cups are an additional .35 cents per-person. Much of the special packaging is reusable,
therefore, we also charge a deposit of $1 per-person, in addition to the food; which is refunded upon undamaged return to us.

A 25 person preparation is the minimum. The Banquet-in-a-Box concept food must be paid for when picking up your order, or when it is being delivered. Credit Cards are welcomed, however, a 3% Merchants Fee is added.

Desserts are available: Several standard selections are listed below. An additional .99 cents is the cost.

Iced Tea, Sweet Tea, Lemonade and Coffee are available at $7.50 per gallon. Coke soft beverages are available at $2.50 a 2-liter.
Ice is included for the prices shown.

With the exception of the Deli Sub Sandwich, all Meat is separate from the Bun &/or Rolls. Appropriate condiments are provided like Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Au Jus, Pickles, Onions, Chopped Lettuce and Tomato. Saltine crackers accompany the Soup.
